well this sort of depends on your artistc talent, but i like those Indian designs, like the ones used for body art, I can't remember the name right now....they do it with henna. If you could make minitures of those on your nails that would be beautiful. you would need a very fine tip brush and some design ideas off the web, then have at it!How to paint different desighs on nails?

Her nails are like, spades clubs hearts diamonds.
You can try that with black/white/red nail polishes, it looks awesomex
Also you can add tiny tiny diamonds on each nail just to add a little bit of sparkle :D
well there is a little tiny brush or stick thing for nail designs that you can buy at sally's or walmart (maybe). i have a few and i do cool, yet simple, designs when i usually paint my nails.
