I live in Portland, Oregon and I am wanting to get a manicure with solar nails. I have never gotten a manicure before and I am wondering where is the best place to go. I would like it to be fairly affordable, but I am willing to pay for quality if necessary. There are so many nail places around, I just don't know where to begin looking! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.What's the best place to get my nails done in Portland,OR?
I think that the best place to get your nails done is La Belle in Lake Oswego, Oregon. It is really cheap ($15 for manicure and $20 for pedicure.) They do an awsome job! I love the way they shape my nails too!
