got to a salon and get them gelled. thats what i did lol cuz now i can't pick at them. and once you have them on for awhile and you get them removed you kinda forget about picking at your nails cuz you haven't been able to for so long. plus gel nails look pretty

How do i stop picking at my nails?
Like if i have nail polish on i always have the urge to take it off with my other nails. Also, i have the urge to peel my nails so they are shorter. This is a bummer when it comes to painting my nails, which i am quite fond of. I can never do french nails either cause my nails are ALWAYS to short to do ANYTHING! HELP!How do i stop picking at my nails?
