Well my little sisters' toe nails are cracked and I don't know what to do. I just clipped them, but I don't know what I should do now.

Hmmm do they always crack? Or did they crack after you clipped them? If it's the second, your toenail clippers might be very dull if its making her nails crack. I'd get a new one.
